There are two kinds of physical health opportunities available for pursuit at Spashram RiverMountain Retreat.
One is natural active good health in the great outdoors via activities such as hill walking, trekking, rafting and rock climbing or hike and raft for angling.
The other is via Yoga. The yoga offered is generally for beginners and focusses on simple breathing exercises. However, for those who have already been practicing yoga and wish to go to a higher level, this can be facilitated with notice.
Overall, the stay experience at Spashram RiverMountain automatically encourages a healthy and active fitness lifestyle. Simply taking the walking track or stair walks on site is excellent exercise.
